Is there a way to keep/copy a DTS track?

I needed to append one MPG video clip to another and they both have DTS 5.1 tracks.  After opening the first and appending the second I noticed it was reporting six tracks, all AC3, but not the DTS track.  I did the conversion to x264 Mkv with audio "copy" and the result is excellent except for the loss of the DTS.  Is there a way to keep that track? It's the only one I actually want!

Yes, if you're referring to standard DTS and using video parts that have the same track(s) audio structure.
In the main menu select: Audio: Select Track.
DTStrack3 shows video with 3 audio tracks
DTSMainTrackDTS: Change order and select audio track
Set enable in track 1, and select track 2 (DTS in this case). Disable track 2 and 3.
Small sample mkv for educational purpose can be found here: EndResult.mkv (8.5 MB download, available for approx. one month from posting)

ps.: using the menu Audio Output on the left hand side: only uses 1st track, even if indicated more tracks (3)!
