Cannot find the stabilize filter in the noise section

I am running the QT4 2.6.10 version of avidemux in Ubuntu 14.04.  I installed it from the PPA... https://launchpad.net/~rebuntu16/+archive/ubuntu/avidemux+unofficial

Am I missing a package that is needed for this filter?  Thanks!
