avidemux_cli.exe takes too long, first job fails !

Hello,
I have a strange bug. I prepare many jobs with avidemux. Then I close avidemux. I start avidemux-jobs. I see all my jobs. I click on "Run jobs" (with or without QT4, it does the same). But avidemux-cli.exe takes a few minutes to launch and the first job is failing !
So I have to prepare twice the first job to be encoded once !
Can we set a delay to wait for the complete launch of avidemux-jobs ?
