No toolbar...

Don't know how it happened but the toolbar/s has disappeared and maybe I'm blind but can't find any way to enable/disable them. Help please?

Menu -> View -> Toolbars
select the ones you want.

I've found that one but theres no option for the top toolbar, the one with the save button and all that.

Free floating somewhere on your desktop, when you shut down avidemux. And start again the Default should be reset.
Otherwise close avidemux, search for config2 and delete this file.

Deleting config2 almost worked, I got the buttons for save, open and info back but isn't it supposed to be more??
Some time since I last used it so don't remember

- folder (open)
- save
- info
some time ago GUI underwent simplifying.
