Why does avidemux cli encode different file size video?

When I encode a video directly from the GUI, the file size is different from when avidemux_cli encodes the video after adding to queue.

When I add videos to queue, I notice they all ignore my encode settings.

what am i doing wrong?

Bottom of Avidemux jobs mark [v] use QT4 Version.
