Export blank video with original audio?

Okay, here is my conundrum. My friend and I have mp4 files with identical video streams but her audio stream is a different language than mine. Instead of having her send me the whole video, I was hoping she could use Avidemux to save only the audio and send the audio to me so I could remux it with my own video files.

The problem? I quickly discovered, as verified per your help pages, that the AAC audio is unplayable without a container. I can't even save the audio and then use Avidemux's Audio -> Select track option and use it. I was hoping maybe I could save the audio in blank mp4 containers or in an mp4 container that has nothing but a black screen from the duration of the video, so that the file size is very small. But putting video on Null and audio on Copy doesn't allow me to use the MP4v2 muxer. Is there any way around this? I do NOT want to re-compress my audio at all, I want to extract the ORIGINAL audio without modifying it at ALL.

Use a nightly, it can export AAC into ADTS format (and read it back)
