Fixed: ivtcDupeRemoval crashing on QT4

Fixed: 6b62aea    [core] Image diff, mark them as output, maybe enough

plays fine on QT5, is this supposed to work on QT4?

Ubuntu 14.04.4 64-bit Qt4
with Mkv Muxer x264 applying new filter ivtcDupeRemoval playing preview:

No, runs ok now without mmx, and without mmxext. Had to disable both.
