[feature request] multiple audio shift in same video

I'd like to ask that is it possible to have multiple audio shift value in same video? Apparently once in a while I got a TV recording that have different audio shift value before and after advertisement time, so that advertisement sound always "leaks" into video somewhere after I edit out the advertisement no matter what audio shift I set.

Just a bit of feature request, not really important
