Display aspect ratio change in tag when using copy/copy

Hello

I'm doing just simple editing of files using copy function for both video and sound.
Every time new file is saved as .mkv (originally .mts) Display aspect ratio is changed form 16: 9 to 5:4 and Original display aspect ratio of 4: 3 is added in new file.
Is there a way to fix this?
