Problems with "Play filtered" checkbox selection

If i play a video and deselect "Play filtered", the choice if not remembered when a video is playing.

just tested with rotate filter
[ ] Play filtered (plays normal)
[v] Play filtered (plays filtered every time)
ubuntu 14.04.5 64-bits
Do you have the same behavior when you shut down avidemux and restart? could be a buffer issue. sometimes I have video left on GUI when video was closed. drag drop new video still works.
I can not replicate this issue at will.

Yes, one can't enable or disable filtered playback during playback. It is possible only in pause mode. The GUI is misleading here as it should disable the checkbox during playback.
