ssa/ass file importing problem

if I try to import ass/ssa subtitle file to avidemux it breaks and shows a message that say:
{
ssa error
cannot read_file for *c:\ ... etc."
}
I noticed that this problem doesn't happen every time and I've figured out that it only crashes when the file name is arabic or one of the folders that contain the ssa/ass file is written in arabic .

For me, it's not a problem I just rename the file with an english name and put it directly on c and it works but many arabic users don't know how to fix this problem so they stop using avidemux
so can you fix it to increase avidemux users 

if you need arabic words to test the problem you can use "اختبار" which means "test"
