Framerate problem

Hi!

I have framerate problem. Info (newest version) says, that my ts-video file's framerate is 50.000 fps. When making mkv, it pauses every 5 seconds.
Mediainfo says it's framerate is 25.000 fps.

Is the video interlaced? In doubt please provide a sample (~300 MiB).
