need sample rotation filter to use for avidemux_cli.exe

Hello,

Does anyone has a sample filter file (I assume it's an XML file) that rotates video by 270 degree during conversion?
I need this filter file as command line option "--filters my_filter_file.xml", but I can't find any such example anywhere on the web or tutorial.

Please help! TIA.
