How to update Avidemux?

How we can manually update Avidemux? It seems to me that there is no option in the interface to do this, am I missing something?

No upgrade from within avidemux. uses installer from nightly (.exe) 32- or 64-bit, matching your Windows OS. http://www.avidemux.org/nightly/
