Pal option missing?

FPS of the source determines whether NTSC- or PAL-compatible SAR/PAR options are offered.

It was always this way, just not shown in the GUI.

Active Filters
Right mouse click on swsResize
select Configure
Aspect Ratio
Only options for Source PAR and Destination PAR are
1:1 (Square pixels) or NTSC 720:480 Dar options


PS: selecting in auto DVD () popup window
- Source Aspect Ratio:       [1:1]
- Destination Aspect Ratio: [16:9]

Produces the 720×576 (PAL) anamorphic wide-screen.

Should be fixed by [resize] Recognize 50 fps as PAL compatible, thank you for the reminder.
