256 file import limit / crash

When importing more than 256 files (e.g. 1MB limited filesize MP4 files from dashcam), avidemux will crash when it reaches the 256th file during decoding frame type.

This can easily happen as resources need to be allocated for each loaded video, especially the resources available to hardware decoder can be scant. If you need to append that many videos at once, please try with hw accelerated decoder (DXVA2 on Windows, VDPAU and VA-API / libva on Linux, VideoToolbox on macOS) disabled.

edit: An additional step would be to reduce editor cache size (maybe all the way down to 8 pictures).
