Software Installation Issue!

Good morning friends, I am running Windows 10 Pro and I have downloaded Avidemux software on my PC. But I am having a problem when I am trying to install this on my PC. I am getting this error message when I am trying to install this "Unable to make changes to your software, The software change returned error code 0x643."

Does anyone have any idea about the issue? I have tried to download this from the official site of this software. Then I dont understand what could be the issue. I am seeking help friends, if anyone assists me to resolve the issue, it would be helpful. Thank you.

I was installing one of them, but now I am getting another error when I am trying to install this, "Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting warning."

Do you have any idea about this error? What should I need to do? Would I turn off the Windows defender app?

I'm running Windows 7 (offline), so I would not advise regarding switching Windows Defender on, or off.
However, a quick Google suggests it is possible to unblock individual applications.
My guess is this is the cause, so it is well worth trying to unblock Avidemux from the appropriate list.

Thank you so much for your help. As per the article's instructions, I followed the method step by step and now I have no longer any issues installing this.
