Whats the best Sharpen filter?

I need to make an older (smartphone/videoCam) video more sharpen.

When I go to  Video Filter Manager in section "Sharpness" then there are several possible sharpening filters e.g.

- Asharp,
- Msharpen
- Sharpen convolution
- Wavelet sharpener

Whats the difference between them?
Whats the best sharpen filter when the resolution should be kept?
Whats the best sharpen filter when the resolution should be increased (enlarged)?

Sharpen convolution is a dumb sharpening filter, it sharpens everywhere.
Asharp and Msharpen are adaptive sharpening filters, they try to only sharpen edges.
IMHO the best amongst the listed is the Wavelet sharpener, also the slowest one.
