Hi
i would like to merge 2 videoes and it's easy to do....but i would like to
1) have some black frames between the 2 videos
2) write something in that black screen
3) give to a frame a property that works with players that recognizes chapters so that i can fast travel to that point

is it possible?

As chapters are not supported by Avidemux, the answer is "No".

and what about adding some black, some space between videos?
even if i have to add it before and only later i can merge

1. Create a black image (JPEG or PNG) with the desired text by means of an image editor (e.g. GIMP)

2. Load it in avidemux, add "stillimage" filter for the desired duration

3. Add "fade to black" if needed for the fade-in and fade-out effect of the text (assuming the text is just static, else you should add it as subtitles)

4. Save the black video preferably using a lossless codec

5. Load the black video you just exported, add an external audio track exactly matching the properties (number of channels, sampling frequency) of the audio track of the first video

6. Save the black video with video in copy mode and audio encoder configured to match the audio track of the first video

7. Append the resulting black video with audio track to the first video

8. Append the second video (obviously, its audio track must match the audio track of the first video perfectly too)

9. Add transition / fade-in/out effects

10. Re-encode video using the target codec (with audio in copy mode, if possible).
