File>File Info Colour Primary Shows BT709 for a BT601 file

Minor bug, V2.8 is reporting BT709 for a BT601 file. Sample file attached via Google Drive:

Unfortunately the file does not contain any colour related metadata (not shown even in Mediainfo), therefore Avidemux defaults to BT.709

mpv guesses colorspace as BT.601 in a slightly more advanced way than Avidemux assumes BT.709 in absense of colorspace info from codec or container. Neither ffplay nor vlc print anything regarding colorspace in their verbose output.
