Does Avidemux offer HEVC H.265 encoding (at least as (payable) external plugin)?

I would like to encode some videos with new HEVC codec.

Is this somehow possible with AVidemux.

The drop-down of available encoders does not show it.
Maybe its possible by an additional (payable) external plugin?
