Files extensions have often to be manually added using avidemux. Video formats are relatively well known, however I cannot reopen my project files! I suppose it is because I do not know which extension has to be added to the file. Thanks to tell which it is!

.js if you use 2.5, and with 2.6 you can also use .py for tinypython ones.
