Encode video for mobile(mp4/xvid)

Hello, I'm trying to encode a video suitable for my SonyEricsson c901 mobile phone. I have a sample video, which is perfectly playable (encoded with another tool), however I can't make an option combination in avidemux so that the output would match that sample. I see that there are theree differencies there - mp4 profile, constant bitrate and constant frame rate, but can't figure out how to set them in avidemux.
Any help would be appreciated.
