output format / muxing default

the default output format (muxing option) in avidemux is avi (or at least it is the first in the list)

As this container is being used less and less these days might it be a good idea to choose a different default output (or put something else first in the list) such as mkv or mp4?

I second this suggestion.  It seems a reasonable thing to do.
