This is a longtime bug that happens with VLC and my LG Blu-Ray player.
When I edit a MPEG TS file from my DVB decoder (MPEG video and audio), and convert it to MPEG-PS (PAL), if I keep several sound tracks the default sound track played by VLC or my player is never the first one, though it is displayed as the first one by MediaInfo. I generally need the French sound, but if the file has French and English, the sound is defaulted to English. If French + audio description, the default track is audio description.
The bug does not seem to appear in MPC or MPlayer, but it is still annoying when I play the files on my TV. I'm using 2.6.7 (r8980) 64-bit Windows version. But it also happens with Linux versions. I think this is a slight container issue.
