How to use simple preset?

Hello
I'm interested to convert several video to share them over DLNA.
Mostly they should comply for a -profile:v main -level 3.1 which would satisfy all family member devices.
It seems to me that avidemux hasn't these simple presets
How am I suppose to create/add a preset which could work with several Android V4.x and a Sony Bravia smartTV?
Where may I add new preset, to picked up by scripting?
