Video in avidemus appears to be upside down

[question]

Not sure why but one of my video files is appearing as upside down in avidemux, but when i play it with a video player, it appears correct, just not in avidemux....

Edit : When i try to save that same video file as .mkv, i get "muxer : cannot open"....this is with video/audio output set to copy.

Edit 2 : Nvm, file probably got corrupted by videodub or something....
