AviDemux throwing bitstream error while trying to merge TS files

When trying to merge TS files I get the following error (about a 10,000 times)
[adm_lavLogCallback] [lavc] H.264 bitstream malformed, no startcode found, use the h264_mp4toannexb bitstream filter (-bsf h264_mp4toannexb)

When I try to playback the merged file, it stutters. I know ffmpeg can handle this but how do I handle this with AviDemux?
