When I open a m2ts file, Avidemux 2.6.11 doesn't recognize the audio tracks. The QuickTime player won't either. But VLC and MPlayerX does so I know its there. Any ideas? Here's the VideoSpec report on the audio:

provide a small sample of video (100 MB max) with such a DTS (Coherent Acoustics issue). (Basic DTS support is possible there)

If you're not sure whether it's the source file or Avidemux itself, try opening a different video with similar settings and see if you get the same result. That can quickly narrow things down. Also, posting the MediaInfo output for the file usually gives people enough information to spot any codec or container issues.
