How to get latest Avidemux on Linux without building

I have Avidemux 2.6.8 on Debian Jessie.
Are there some way i can get lastest Avidemux version without having to build my self?
I got in trouble before when i build programs in Debian Jessie beause of dependencies and versions so i try to avoid it so i dont mess up the system.
