[patch] make more dialogs and messages translatable

The following patch marks 19 more strings as translatable.

I would have added further strings like those from avidemux_plugins/ADM_demuxers/MpegTS/ADM_tsIndexMpeg2.cpp:82 if only I could grasp on my own what the right context for these messages might be. Obviously not "adm".
