32GB Ram
Geforce 980
512GB SSD

Will I see any noticable speed difference transcoding if I upgrade?
- CPU
- Video card
- SSD

No/no/no. If you prefer speed over compression rate and quality, use the Nvidia H.264 hardware accelerated encoder instead of x264.
