Pls, i have been using Avidemux for many years to encode video to x264
Now, i want to reencode some 2160p HDR videos (make them smaller), and i dont know how to set up encoder
My TV can handle HDR, so i dont want to remove it, i want to keep it. Maybe i will change resolution to FullHD
when i try it, output video is not recognized as HDR and has weird colors
can anybody help me?

The internal image format in Avidemux is YV12 (yuv420p with U and V swapped), I don't think that HDR support were possible without a major rewrite of the entire application. The color conversion from HDR sources needs to be fixed, of course.

Do i understand correct, that HDR output is now in Avidemux impossible?
Any other app can do that? Mediacoder for example?

Yes, this is correct.

Honestly, I have no idea. I have no equipment capable of handling HDR stuff. Even decoding normal 720p HEVC real-time on my main desktop is impossible. But wrong colors when opening that 4K HEVC videos with HDR in Avidemux (which I can watch as a very slow slide show) should be definitely fixable middle-term.
