Adding ZONEs in h.264 not working?

Hi,
I'd like to slice the video-frames into two sections: one with high bitrate, another one with lower.
I see that I can use ZONE in Advanced settings for h.264 but when I click on ADD, it happens nothing.
I have Avidemux 2.7.6 and windows 10 updated.

Where can I find some instructions how to use this feature? Thanks!

This is not implemented. If the feature is wanted, please send a patch to speed things up. I've disabled the group box for now to avoid confusion.
