Allow bigger attachments for forum postings here

As I found out this forum allows only attachments smaller than 512kb.
This is very, very tiny (in comparison with other forums for other software)

I want to attach sometimes *.mp4 video snippets of a sample size of lets say 4 MB.
But this is not possible here.
But it should be acceptable.
At least once in a month per user.

Can you re-adjust forum configuration to allow such attachments?
