avidemux is the definitive tool to cut mkv like series and others, although it only allows you to cut audio and video because they have not added subtitles too, that way you can cut video, audio and subtitles at the same time and that they are synchronized and avoid using mkv toolnix that It is very inconvenient and time consuming.
I would be willing to pay for that option in a paid version. :'(

It is the only thing that the program lacks to be perfect, I have searched all over the internet and it does not exist.
imagine that you want to remove the opening and ending of any series with this tool so it would also allow you the subtitles that are important since all programs cut but always remove subtitles and doing it with the mkv toolnix is a very boring task putting time codes.
When more or less could that patch or version come out that allows you to cut subtitles with audio and video?
Thank you.

It would be a nice feature to add to Avidemux for sure.

Mkvtoolnix can be used if you are cutting out the start (or the end) of the file.
Without this feature, saving the project script after editing the video would be the way to go.

Support for a single srt subtitle stream embedded in mkv would be a starting point.
