Resample FPS filter in new version.

Older version there wasn't any option in resample fps filter only fps value.. now there is blend and motion compensation. what is equal to older version's default mode?

Old mode = new default mode = blending and motion compensation disabled.

thanks. i had different experience with 'none' option, had jerky frame rates but better result with 'blend'. probably its to do with original file then.
