Frame rate, bits and stream size not preserved from source to output file

Even though Audio and Video Output are both set to "Copy" these values change:
Video Frame rate mode
Video Bits/(Pixel*Frame)
Video Stream size
Audio Stream Size

Please advise how I can preserve these values.
