Hello,

I hope this is the correct section to write down my problem.

I am currently using Avidemux 2.8.1.
I am doing always the same steps since a few years and it worked always well, but now Avidemux doesn't do the job anymore. Unfortunately I can't say if I've updated it in the meantime.

My steps are the following:
1. I record my screen+audio as an MP4 with Nvidia Geforce Experience.
2. I load the MP4 into Avidemux and exchange the AAC audio with an identical WAV file.
3. I export as MKV.

I didn't change anything in my steps but at Nr 2 Avidemux doesn't let me add the WAV anymore.
I get "can't add this file as stream" (or something similar).

I did this manually with ffmpeg now but I'd prefer Avidemux.

So how can I fix this problem?

thnx in advance

Only signed 16 and 24 bits low-endian PCM files are supported. You can check the format with tools like MediaInfo or ffprobe.
