Suggestion: Move the 2 DeLogo filters to "Miscellaneous"

Hello.
It's probably not only me who would never expect delogo filter at "Sharpen" section
- as Delogo-ing is no kind of sharpening.
The sharpening is only a parameter to set for the delogo-ing op.
