Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Avidemux
2. Drag a movie file onto the Avidemux window
3. Close the file in the menu
4. Repeat #2

Expected result:
The new file is opened.

Actual result:
The drag feedback indicates that no dragging is allowed here, and the file is not opened.

Workarounds:
1. Quit and restart Avidemux, or
2. Open the file through the Open menu command

I think drag n' drop means "add file" and you can't concatenate everything (needs same codec, size,etc...)

No, he meant drag&drop to open files.
And yes, it only works the first time, unless you restart Avidemux.
This bug existed in previous versions too.

I also think drag and drop is an append function.
But with nothing loaded it of course acts as a file load (the first time).

The GUI object seems permission limited to the first drag and drop.
However the windows frame of the GUI is not affected.
So you can still drag and drop to the frame (above the menu bar is a good place!).

If you run the program as an administrator then permission for drag and drop is not given at all.

Guess it may be a security type issue (at least on windows 7).

Using v2.6.4, v2.6.5, v2.6.6 or v2.6.7 32bit for windows the drag and drop function is (kind of) working. Drop a file on a freshly opened Avidemux and it works as expected. However to append a file it has to be dropped on the top bar of the program window. Same if you close the project and tries to create a new by dropping a new file on the window.

This was tested using Windows XP 32bit.
