Avi demux 2.5.6 stopped working! on win 7 pro 32 bits

Just after installing the 2.5.6 (latest version), I canÃ,´t run avidemux.

Error message : "Avidemux stopped working"

Tried win7 and win xp sp3 compatibility mode with no success.

Any ideas?

If you have zoneAlarm: disable and uninstall
If you have AMD processor or intel cpu like centrino / mobile there could be problems to?
Was this the first time you used 2.5.6?
