Add -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug to your cmake command.

How to build avidemux 2.6? ) As I understand, I should go to 'avidemux2-6\foreignBuilds\mswin\avidemux' and run 'Set Avidemux Environment Variables.bat' and then '1. Build.bat'?

They're the build scripts I use.  You only need to run "1. Build.bat".  Make sure you modify "Set Common Environment Variables.bat" to match your directory structure.
