Not sure if I am in the right place and a question about rotate filter

I have a question about rotating a video but am not sure if this is the right thread (total newbie).  If not, I apologize and would appreciate being redirected.  Anyway, my question is about rotating a video multiple times.  I have a gopro video of myself kiteboarding but the kite flips multiple times throughout and I would like to create a video that is oriented properly all the time.  I would essentially have to rotate the video 4 times at different points in the video.  Is this possible?  Any help much appreciated.
