script for cutting mp4 movies

Hi

I like avidemux a lot. Now in fact it is the only program which is able to process my mp4 files, though I would like to have some scripts for most frequent operations.
Could you give me an example script that losslessly cuts mp4 files at keyframe boundary ?
I'm using avidemux 2.6.7 (I will update if necessary).
