Subtitle tracks are wiped away?

After editing an mkv video with 2.6.10 I noticed, that the (PGS) subtitle tracks were no longer existing in the output mkv file. And I couldn't find an option to copy subtitle tracks.

Is this just a design feature?

subtitles are discarded at the moment
(any non audio/video track actually)
