v 2.6.13 not accepting HuffYUV or Lagarith in AVI input

v 2.6.13 (64bit) not accepting HuffYUV or Lagarith in AVI input.
I have tried a number of different files,
but in each case it will not scroll
and creates empty output files.

v 2.6.10 has the same problem
v 2.6.8 works OK.

Windows 10 64bit.
