add png logo

I know that avidemux can only use jpeg pictures as logo
can you please add new logo filter that can accept png pictures in the next version?
most beautiful logo pictures has some transparent pixels inside ... and this cannot be done using jpeg pictures which are just ugly white squares

Seems you know wrongly. Check this video out: Applying 2 Combined filter (logo swap). Look good around 1:20 minute

I use windows 7 64bits and version 2.6.13 and when I try to add png logo it shows the message :
internal error finding codec AV_CODEC_ID_PNG
and then the program crash!!
so why is it happening ??

No issues using PNG images with transparency as logo with a current Avidemux build on Linux. Must be either a Windows-only problem or just a problem with a particular Avidemux installation.

I've downloaded avidemux 32bit and it worked 
so where can I download the new 64bit version ??
