Avidemux 2.7 No subtitle filters

I've just downloaded r170626 only to find there are no subtitle filters.  What must I need to transfer out of my 2.6 plugins other than libADM_vf_ssa.dll

Just this one file, but I don't think it will work across API versions.

The subtitle plugin gets built and packaged in my local win64 builds both with the system and the bundled libass, so something might be wrong with the official build node.

I tried transferring it but when you click on subtitles in filters, the box of available filters is still blank.  I'll leave it for a few days and see what emerges with future night builds.

Due to libfribidi not packaged, the otherwise existing and functional subtitle plugin doesn't show up in the win64 nightly build #446. This issue is known and will be addressed soon.
