When I try to cut on a Keyframe, Avidemux says it's not a keyframe

(Running v.2.7.0, 180105)
I always locate cut points by using the "Go to next keyframe" button (see image 1)
But when I try to cut, Avidemux says it's not a keyframe, and the resulting file may be corrupted (see image 2).
What is happening?  What is the solution to this?

Please update to the latest nightly, the regression has been fixed on 2018-01-07.
